On March 10, 2002, a passenger train makes a rare appearance on Wednesday in Phenix City Alabama as the American Orient Express passes over the Chattahoochee River into Phenix City from Columbus, Ga. on its' route between Washington, DC and New Orleans, La.

The 15 car train will pass again through Phenix City on Sunday evening.
