I was recently going through repackaging my collection and found a rather innocent looking kit.

It was until I realized where this particular piece was manufactured, that the light bulb went off over my head.

I knew that Lionel had ties to Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico and of course, China.

But Denmark???

What’s next, Swedish Lionel kits by IKEA?
